Kreateur Miami 7-Day Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Kreateur Miami. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase.
To return an item, please contact us at info@kreateurmiami.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we may not be able to issue a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving your returned item. A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price may apply.
Exceptions to the 7-Day Return Policy
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or damaged
- Items that are not in the original packaging
- Items that are more than 7 days old
