KREATEUR Return and Refund Policy

Default: no returns, refunds, or exchanges

Unless a product listing explicitly states otherwise, all sales are final. KREATEUR does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds for change of mind, preference, natural variation, or other buyer-remorse reasons.

Listing-specific exceptions

If a product listing expressly offers a return, refund, or exchange option, the eligibility requirements, return window, item condition, and any other terms stated in that listing will control. An exception may also be granted in a written communication from KREATEUR.

Lost or damaged shipments

An order that is lost or damaged during transit may qualify for a replacement or refund through the applicable shipping-insurance process. The claim must be covered and approved by the carrier or insurer, subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Please contact KREATEUR as soon as possible after discovering loss or damage. Keep the item, shipping carton, internal packaging, shipping label, and all other packing materials until the claim is resolved.

Proper documentation is required and must include clear photographs or video of the item, the damaged area, the complete package, all internal and external packaging, the shipping label, and any carrier notice. Additional documentation, a written statement, or carrier inspection may be required. Missing, incomplete, discarded, or altered packaging or documentation may prevent insurance approval.

Any replacement or refund for an insured loss or damage claim will be issued after the claim is reviewed and approved, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Final-sale items

Custom orders, special orders, bulk lots, mixed assortments, one-of-a-kind items, fragile specimens, sale items, and products prepared with special handling are final sale unless their product listing expressly states otherwise.

Natural materials and product variation

Crystals, minerals, fossils, decor pieces, and mixed lots naturally vary in color, pattern, shape, size, texture, inclusions, polish, and finish. These expected characteristics and disclosed variations are not considered shipping damage.
